Stephen D’Alessandro

Mr. Stephen P. D’Alessandro has more than twenty years of experience in international management and marketing consultancy. In 1984, he set up and still runs, the consultancy firm D’Alessandro & Associates Ltd and its sister company CREDAL Business Consulting Ltd which was established in 1989. He is actively involved in a range of consultancy projects that include:- merger and acquisition services; strategic planning and corporate re-structuring services; entrepreneurship and new business start-ups services; and, e-business and e-commerce development services. Over the years Mr. D’Alessandro has been involved in numerous consultancy projects in Malta as well as in countries as diverse as Italy, Austria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia & Montenegro, Croatia, Egypt and Libya. He views his involvement in consultancy assignments as being an on-going challenge in which the effective application of theory is the lever to improved organisational performance.

In 2004, Mr. D’Alessandro completed with distinction a certificate course in Trust Law and Administration organised by the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, Malta. This course has served him very well as it provided a valid framework within which he was able to consolidate his previous experience in the field and use as a platform for the continued development of his expertise in management of trusts and trust projects. In 2007 he became a member of the UK’s Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Since 1999 he has been a member of the adjunct faculty of the Maastricht School of Management lecturing on the international executive MBA programmes in Entrepreneurship and other related subjects.

Denise Pickering

Ms. Denise Pickering has a background in design and communications having studied design and managed a advertising agency design studio for a number of years. She is a graduate in Communications Studies and has extensive experience in the development of business administration systems and procedures. In 2007, Ms. Pickering successfully completed a certificate course in Trust Law and Administration organised by the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, Malta. This course has served her well as it provided a valid framework within which she was able to consolidate her previous experience in client support services.

She is also a graduate in Communications Studies and has experience in the production of various media, including print, TV and web.

Dr. Robert F. D’Alessandro

Dr. Robert F. D’Alessandro LLM, LLD,MSt. (Oxon).,TEP, holds law degrees from the University of Malta, the International Maritime Law Institute, and University of Oxford. He has worked with law firms in Amsterdam, Budapest and London before returning to Malta in 2000. As a specialist in trust law, he has lectured at the University of Malta and served on the Trusts Subcommittee of the Institute for Financial Services Practitioners. Robert is currently based in Malta as a Trusts Advisor at CREDALTRUST Management Ltd., with the legal and tax responsibility for Business and Personal Value management for clients. He is also a director on several companies with projects in Austria, Czech Rep., Hungary, Italy, Romania, Russia, and Slovakia, countries he has regularly visited since 1990.

Dr. D’Alessandro’s team also focuses on company and financial services compliance, Malta servicing of international business operations, with special emphasis on Anti-Money-Laundering and due diligence.

Rachelle D’Alessandro

Mrs. Rachelle D’Alessandro - has a work background in the media having worked for a number of years in one of Malta’s largest advertising agencies. Her role in the media buying department and her overall experience in the campaign planning operations have provided valuable work experience. Following that work experience she studied accounts and moved into the financial area of business.

For three years she occupied a senior position within a leading contract services company before joining the family business as Manager Finance & Administration in 1990. She is currently studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the UK to attain the Chartered marketing qualification. In view of her experience and direct interest in the field of marketing and PR she is also responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of P.R. consultancy projects.

CREDAL Business Consulting is operated by the Maltese registered company D'Alessandro & Associates Ltd. It is a versatile management and marketing consultancy firm set up in 1984 to provide multi-disciplinary consultancy and support. Based in Malta, the company is a part of a family owned and managed group of companies, the CREDAL Group. The directors of the company are Stephen P. D’Alessandro, Denise Pickering, Dr. Robert F.
